The Los Angeles Dodgers are the designated road team for their first matchup with the Chicago White Sox, their Camelback Ranch co-tenant. L.A. is still in search of their first win in Cactus League play after tying with the Chicago Cubs on Sunday.

Andre Jackson starts for L.A. in his first action of Spring Training as he looks to build on an encouraging debut season last year.

The 25-year-old started strong last year in Double-A Tulsa with a 3-2 record and a 3.27 ERA over 15 games and earning an appearance in the annual Futures Games. Jackson spent the rest of the season between Low-A Rancho Cucamonga, Triple-A Oklahoma City, and the Dodgers.

In three overall appearances at the MLB level, he went 0-1 with a 2.31 ERA, 4.11 FIP, and 1.37 WHIP across 11.2 innings pitched. Without a clear Opening Day roster spot at the big league level early on, Jackson figures to contribute for the Dodgers at some point during the 2022 season.

Also scheduled to pitch for the Dodgers are Bobby Wahl, Alex Vesia, Brusdar Graterol, Garrett Cleavinger, and Caleb Ferguson.

Muncy is on target to be ready for Opening Day and has said the rehab process is going just as the Dodgers had planned. His spring debut comes in start at third base.

In 144 games last year, Muncy batted .249/.368/.527 with career-highs 22 doubles and 36 home runs. Muncy also posted his lowest strikeout rate and best hard hit percentage of his career at 46.3%.

AJ Pollock was scratched from the Dodgers lineup due to what manager Dave Roberts described as general soreness in his back.

The White Sox start Tanner Banks, an 18th-round draft pick in 2014 by the White Sox. Banks posted a 4.53 ERA over 59.2 innings in Triple-A Charlotte last season.
