Los Angeles Dodgers bobbleheads on the giveaway schedule at Dodger Stadium for the 2022 regular season feature a blend of franchise legends such as Maury Wills and Kirk Gibson, and current players Mookie Betts, Max Muncy and Will Smith, among others.

All told, there are 17 bobblehead giveaways on the 2022 Dodgers promotional calendar. It began with a version for Wills, which coincided with his induction into the “Legends of Dodger Baseball” class.

Wills was recognized during a pregame ceremony and now has a plaque installed in his honor on the top deck at Dodger Stadium, joining Steve Garvey, Don Newcombe and Fernando Valenzuela, each of whom were part of the inaugural class in 2019.

The next Dodgers bobblehead fans can get their hands on is Smith’s on Monday night for the series opener against the Atlanta Braves in what’s a rematch of the 2021 National League Championship Series. Excluding versions sold by FOCO, it’s the first Dodgers bobblehead of Smith.

Aside from bobbleheads, other items on the Dodgers giveaway schedule this season include a hooded sweatshirt (April 19), special Justin Turner jersey (June 2), bucket hat (June 19) and wristlet (July 2).

Sandy Koufax is another Dodgers icon who will be celebrated this season as the team plans to distribute a replica statue of the bronze version that is being installed in the center field plaza of Dodger Stadium on June 18.

And with Jaime Jarrín in his 64th and final season in the broadcast booth, the Dodgers will honor their Spanish-language voice with a special giveaway on Saturday, Oct. 1. Additional details will be provided at a later date.

In 2016, the Dodgers celebrated Vin Scully retiring by providing fans with a letter of dedication, written by him, and 39-millimeter solid bronze limited-edition commemorative coin.
