Safe to assume the Los Angeles Dodgers anticipated likely playing on Halloween this year, as Game 5 of the World Series is scheduled for Sunday night. Although the team fell short in defending their championship, Justin Turner is keeping a holiday spirit.

Turner, while dressed as Ghostface from the “Scream” movie franchise, announced a Halloween costume contest on Instagram, giving fans an opportunity to win an autographed baseball, Justin Turner Foundation cap, Dodgers cap, bat or cleats.

Those who wish to enter are asked to post their costume and include “#JTsHalloweenCostumeContest” in the caption.

Participants must also be following Turner and his wife, Kourtney, who is celebrating her birthday on Halloween.

The Turners are among several Dodgers who enjoy celebrating Halloween, as the couple regularly dresses up together. And for the Dodgers’ dress-up day this season, Turner went as Jeff Bezos in an astronaut outfit for a trip to the moon.

Support Justin Turner Foundation for LA Marathon

For fans who aren’t quite interested in dressing up for Halloween but would still like to support Kourtney and the Justin Turner Foundation, donations are still being accepted for the L.A. Marathon. Kourtney is running the 26.2-mile trek a third consecutive year.

Top fundraisers can win autographed memorabilia, including a bat and 2021 MLB All-Star Game jersey.
