The 2023 MLB Draft continued on Monday as part of All-Star Week in Seattle as the Los Angeles Dodgers selected 10 players from rounds 3-10.

They previously drafted outfielder Kendall George and infielder Jake Gelof on the first day.

The Dodgers began Day 2 by picking Brady Smith (third round), Wyatt Crowell (fourth round), Dylan Campbell and Eriq Swan (fourth round) and Joe Vetrano (fifth round).

From there, they added Bryan Gonzalez, Patrick Copen, Jaren Elkins, Ryan Brown and Sam Mongelli in rounds six through 10.

The Dodgers now have 10 picks remaining in the draft as it concludes on Tuesday with rounds 11-20 starting at 11:00 a.m. PT.

Dodgers draft picks 2023

Round 6, Pick 190: Bryan Gonzalez

Bryan Gonzalez is a shortstop out of the Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy in Puerto Rico, where the 17-year-old hit .402 with 10 doubles, three triples and three home runs in his final year. He was the seventh-ranked shortstop coming out of Puerto Rico.

The slot value of the pick is worth $290,100, but the Dodgers may need to go over-slot to sign Gonzalez as a player coming out of high school who is already committed to playing at Illinois State University.

Signing him may be possible thanks in part to their selection of George in the first round, who is expected to agree to an under-slot deal.

Round 7, Pick 220: Patrick Copen

Patrick Copen is a right-handed pitcher out of Marshall University who posted a 2-9 record with a 5.82 ERA with 83 strikeouts and 54 walks while producing a 10.3 strikeouts per nine in his last season.

The 21-year-old has one year of eligibility remaining to play college baseball, so it is possible he returns. But as a developmental arm, there may not be a better organization for Copen to advance his career than the Dodgers.

This pick has a slot value of $228,000.

Round 8, Pick 250: Jaren Elkins

An outfielder from Goodpasture Christian School, Jaren Elkins hit .452 with 16 home runs and 43 RBI during his senior season.

The 18-year-old has committed to playing at Wright State University, and with a slot value of $189,300 for the pick, the Dodgers may need to offer more to get Elkins signed.

Round 9, Pick 280: Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown is a right-handed reliever out of Ball State University who was fantastic in 2022 but struggled this year.

The 20-year-old appeared in 12 games (two starts), posting a 4.76 ERA while striking out 56 and limited opponents to a.184 batting average.

The all-MAC 2023 selection had Tommy John Surgery in June, which should make him an easy sign with a slot value of $173,600.

Round 10, Pick 310: Sam Mongelli

The Dodgers’ final draft pick of the day was Some Mongelli, the Northeast Conference Player of the Year.

The Sacred Heart University shortstop slashed .403/.495/.743/1.237 with 16 doubles, three triples, 20 home runs and 54 RBI in his final season. In addition, Mongelli stole 22 bases and set a single-season NEC record with 81 runs scored.

He was the first NEC Player of the Year to come out Sacred Heart University.

This pick has a slot value of $164,600.
