FOCO Selling Dodgers City Connect Bobbleheads Of Clayton Kershaw, Will Smith, Freddie Freeman & More

FOCO released new Los Angeles Dodgers City Connect bobbleheads that are all limited in quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

Dodgers players selected for the bobblehead series at Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Clayton Kershaw, James Outman, Will Smith, Gavin Stone and Julio Urías.

Each of the players is dressed in the 2023 Dodgers City Connect uniform, which was modified this season to include white pants that feature a blue stripe down the sides. The initial City Connect jersey had players in an all-blue look for the first time in franchise history.

FOCO previously sold a City Connect mini bobbleheads set that featured Walker Buehler, Betts, Trea Turner, Freeman and more.

The new City Connect bobbleheads come on a thematic Dodgers base with the player’s name displayed across the front and team logo on the bottom. Every player is set to an action pose and positioned in front of the main Dodger Stadium entrance.

Each bobblehead stands eight inches tall.

Dodgers City Connect history

The City Connect jersey was unveiled during the 2021 season and underwent changes the following year to introduce a new cap design. Presumably with feedback from players taken into account, the uniform changed again for the 2023 season to incorporate white pants with a blue stripe down both legs.

“The Dodger uniform is an iconic part of the franchise’s identity. While our traditional look has and will always be worn by the franchise-great players, the City Connect program offered us the opportunity to recognize the impact and importance of our multicultural fanbase,” Dodgers executive vice president and chief marketing officer Lon Rosen said in a statement.

“We’re excited to debut these City Connect uniforms on the field and know our fans will enjoy seeing ‘Los Dodgers’ on the uniforms as well as our new murals, which bring Los Angeles’ street art culture to Dodger Stadium.”

The Dodgers have primarily worn their City Connect look in Julio Urías’ starts at Dodger Stadium, which he chalked up to being coincidental despite his fond feelings toward the uniform.
