FOCO released a new limited-edition bobblehead of Pittsburgh Pirates rookie Paul Skenes and Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star Shohei Ohtani.
The dual bobblehead has both Skenes and Ohtani both in action poses, set in front of team-colored backdrops and on top of a base with stadium and baseball accents. The bobblehead is limited to 124 units and won’t be restocked once it sell outs.
FOCO previously released a bobblehead set of Ohtani and Skenes when the Dodgers played the Pirates at PNC Park.

The new version of the bobblehead featuring the two All-Stars has Skenes aptly dressed in the Pirates’ road gray uniform while Ohtani is in the Dodgers’ home white.
Across the backdrop is a text display of “WEST COAST SHO-DOWN” to signify this weekend’s series at Dodger Stadium and do a play off Ohtani’s first name.
The first Skenes vs. Ohtani bobblehead featured text of “STEEL CITY SHO DOWN” and “EAST VS. WEST” for the matchup in Pittsburgh.
FOCO previously released bobbleheads of Ohtani paired with New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge, Philadelphia Phillies All-Star Bryce Harper, Houston Astros’ Yordan Alvarez and most recently the San Diego Padres’ Fernando Tatis Jr.
Paul Skenes vs. Shohei Ohtani
When Skenes faced Ohtani during his June start against the Dodgers, he got the better of the first at-bat by needing just three pitches for a strikeout. Each was at least 100 mph and induced a swing and miss.
It marked the first time a starter recorded a strikeout on three pitches that were all a minimum of 100 mph and whiffed on during the pitching tracking era (since 2008).
Ohtani bounced back in the third inning with a 415-foot two-run home run to center field that hit off the batter’s eye. Ohtani hit a 100.1 mph fastball from Skenes that he sent out with a 105.6 mph exit velocity.
It was the fastest pitch Ohtani has ever homered off of in his career.
Ohtani later singled in the fifth inning and the Dodgers went on to load the bases but Skenes worked out of the jam.
Skenes finished with eight strikeouts and three runs allowed on six hits, two of which were homers.
