Earlier this month DodgerBlue.com was among a select group of media outlets and celebrities invited to attend a VIP experience of the 2021 Los Angeles Dodgers Holiday Festival at Dodger Stadium.

This marks a second year the Dodgers have staged a holiday event, however it’s the first that allows attendees to enjoy an array of activities and interactive displays inside Dodger Stadium. Last year the Dodgers Holiday Festival was limited to a drive-thru experience due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Asia Monet Ray (“Dance Moms”), Constance Marie (“George Lopez”), Caitlin Carmichael (“Midnight in the Switchgrass”), Catie Li (influencer), Emily Osment (“Hannah Montana”), Haley Joel Osment (“The Kominsky Method”) and Frankie Grande (influencer) were among those to attend.

The holiday festival features an open-air ice skating rink in the outfield and Northern Lights display. Holiday music is played throughout the stadium, plus attendees can take photos with Santa Claus and enjoy themed bounce houses.

Ice skating and photos with Santa require an additional purchase of an activity-specific ticket prior to the date of attending. The ice rink runs by 30-minute sessions, and one-hour reservations are available for professional photos with Santa.

Attendees can also enjoy seasonally-inspired foods, desserts, hot chocolate, cocktails, craft beers and wines, and Shake Shack is among the Dodger Stadium concessions open. Merchandise outlets also are open.

In accordance with the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code, all attendees who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine will be required to show proof at stadium gates prior to entry of either full vaccination (i.e., at least two weeks have passed since last receiving the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or single dose of Johnson & Johnson), or a negative COVID-19 viral test (both PCR and antigen tests will be accepted) taken within 72 hours before the start time of the event.

The Dodgers strongly encourage attendees to wear a mask in all areas of the Holiday Festival, unless actively eating or drinking.

Dodgers Holiday Festival schedule

At present time the festival is only scheduled to be held through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. PT daily. Tickets for admission must be purchased in advance.
