The Los Angeles Dodgers will stage their annual community service week – the Dodgers Love L.A. Community Tour – from Monday, Jan. 26, through Friday, Jan. 30, with 11 stops over the five days.

“We are honored to continue our partnership with Bank of America for our annual Dodgers Love L.A. Community Tour,” Dodgers vice president of government and community affairs Kristin McCowan said. “Following another unforgettable season, we’re excited to extend the celebration beyond the ballpark and into the heart of our communities. This week is about meaningful service by supporting veterans and families, creating inclusive spaces for young people with special needs, celebrating our students and seniors, and recognizing the unwavering dedication of first responders. Together, we’re proud to uplift and empower the people and organizations that make Los Angeles thrive.”

The tour begins Monday with the Dodgers’ annual Employee Day of Service in North Hollywood at the Veteran Enriched Neighborhood, which was established in 2023 in partnership with Homes 4 Families to provide affordable housing and support services for veterans and their families. Dodgers front office staffers, SportsNet LA reporter Kirsten Watson and Bank of America employee volunteers will be tasked with building hands-on improvement projects to create shared spaces that promote connection and healing.

Late in the afternoon at Adrian’s Place in Santa Monica, the Dodgers and select Dodger alumni will host a hands-on art workshop that encourages self-expression while taking pictures in a photo booth with the World Series trophy. Adrian’s Place is an inclusive community hub dedicated to creating a welcoming space where families, friends, caregivers and professionals can connect, share experiences and access vital programs and services.

On Tuesday morning, Dodger alumni Billy Ashley, Ken Landreaux and Dennis Powell will pay a visit to Christy’s Foundation in Northridge, where the group will pass out groceries and essentials. Christy’s Foundation helps to empower families and individuals to overcome food insecurity by ensuring access to fresh, nutritious and culturally relevant food.

In the afternoon, Dodger alumni Matt Luke and Powell will stop by Hollydale Elementary School in South Gate, where the duo will participate in a “Playworks Recess Takeover,” with eighth-grade students in which movement-based programming encourages interaction and helps break down social barriers.

On Wednesday morning in San Bernardino, 1981 World Series MVP Steve Yeager will join a special appreciation lunch in San Bernardino that recognizes the 10-year anniversary of those who were affected by the shooting at a Christmas party for county employees that saw 14 people killed and 22 others seriously wounded. On the Dodgers Love L.A. tour in January 2016, former Dodger Andre Ethier and Hall of Famer Tommy Lasorda had lunch with victims and first responders from the 2015 terrorist attack.

Later on Wednesday, Ashley will take the World Series trophy over to the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department (EMD) in recognition of its continued dedication and service to our communities. Employees will have the opportunity to take photos with the trophy, meet and interact with Ashley, and enjoy a moment of appreciation and celebration during their workday.

On Thursday, Blake Snell and Landon Knack will join both Dodgers and Bank of America staffers at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Students from the 75th St. Elementary school will take part in an educational field trip and have lunch with the Dodgers players. Thursday concludes with a special “Senior Prom” for local senior citizens at the nearby Glendale Recreation Center. Dodgers players Jack Dreyer, Will Klein, Dalton Rushing and River Ryan will be on hand for the festivities.

The Dodgers Love L.A. Community Tour wraps up on Friday with a very special pep rally at El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera. Current Dodgers players Alex Call, Jack Dreyer, Brusdar Graterol, Landon Knack, Bobby Miller, Miguel Rojas, Tanner Scott, Brock Stewart and Gavin Stone will participate in interactive rally games and student engagement activities.

Following the pep rally, the same Dodgers will then visit Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center right next to Dodger Stadium. The Boys in Blue will bring along the World Series trophy and salute local firefighters in recognition of the one-year anniversary of the devastating fires in Altadena and the Palisades last year.

Dodgers annual Jack In The Box visit

Graterol and Snell will finish out the tour by surprising customers at a local Jack in the Box. The Dodgers social media channels will announce the exact location on January 30.

The Dodgers and Jack in the Box have partnered for three consecutive years now to have players work at the restaurants.
