The Los Angeles Dodgers are locked into the 2024 National League Division Series by way of finishing with the top record in baseball and claiming their 11th NL West title in the past 12 seasons.
That gave the Dodgers a bye through the Wild Card Series while they wait to find out their opponent. The Dodgers will host the winner of the San Diego Padres versus Atlanta Braves Wild Card Series in the first two games of the NLDS.
MLB announced the start times for those two NLDS games at Dodger Stadium, with the Dodgers opening postseason play on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 5:38 p.m. PT. They play Game 2 the following day on Sunday, Oct. 6, with first pitch set for 5:03 p.m.
From there, the Dodgers will head to San Diego or Atlanta for one, or potentially two, games on the road. But remaining NLDS start times have yet to be announced. If necessary for the best-of-five series, Game 5 would be held at Dodger Stadium on Oct. 11.
Dodgers NLDS Games 1 and 2 will be broadcasted on FS1, which will also carry the NL Championship Series, along with Fox. The American League Division Series is being broadcasted on TBS.
Fox and FS1 can be watched via cable and through select streaming services, including the Fox Sports app. Streaming services carrying Fox and FS1 include DirecTV Stream, Hulu Plus Live TV, Sling, Fubo, Spectrum Streaming and YouTube TV.
All MLB playoff games telecast on TBS, FOX and FS1 will be available to MLB.TV subscribers who are authenticated to the applicable network through a participating pay TV provider.
Joe Davis and John Smoltz are going to call all guaranteed and potential Dodgers postseason games in 2024 due to being assigned the NLDS, and being the exclusive duo for the NL Championship Series and World Series.
