SportsNet LA’s “Timeless Dodgers” Replaying 2020 World Series

Having shown wins from the National League Division Series and NL Championship Series, SportsNet LA now is going to re-air the Los Angeles Dodgers defeating the Tampa Bay Rays in the World Series for their “Timeless Dodgers” programing.

SportsNet LA will show one win per night at 8 p.m. PT, Monday through Thursday. L.A. defeated Tampa Bay in six games to win their first championship since 1988.

After sweeping the San Diego Padres and going to seven games against the Atlanta Braves in the NLCS, the Dodgers handed the ball to Clayton Kershaw in Game 1 against the Rays. He seized the opportunity to continue breaking free from a postseason narrative that clouded his career.

The Dodgers squandered an opportunity to take a 2-0 series lead, but broke the tie in Game 3 behind another impressive Walker Buehler outing. He was spotted a 5-0 lead by the fourth inning and the Dodgers went on for a comfortable win.

But with a chance to take full control of the series, the Dodgers then suffered a heartbreaking defeat in a walk-off loss. Kenley Jansen largely shook it off, and so too did manager Dave Roberts, Corey Seager and Justin Turner.

They wound up backing up those assertions, winnings Games 5 and 6 to close out the Rays. Julio Urias continued his impressive run out of the bullpen, throwing 2.1 innings to finish Game 6.
