As the Los Angeles Dodgers look to become MLB’s first repeat champion since the New York Yankees won three World Series titles in a row from 1998-2000, SportsNet LA is in their 12th season as the team’s exclusive home.

SportsNet LA officially launched on Feb. 25, 2014. The network came to fruition after the Dodgers signed a 25-year, $8.35 billion broadcast agreement with Time Warner Cable on Jan. 28, 2013.

Charter added SportsNet LA to its channel offerings in June 2015, and in May 2016 they purchased Time Warner. The Dodgers’ exclusive network then became formally known as Spectrum SportsNet LA.

For the 2025 season, SportsNet LA launched a new streaming option for Dodgers games, SNLA+, which became available with the start of the Tokyo Series.

Coverage this year includes from the Spectrum studios in El Segundo, Calif., and live broadcasts of more than 140 games during the regular season.

Also planned throughout the season are “Backstage: Dodgers” episodes that give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the team, including exclusive footage and interviews. The series premiered on March 28, following the Dodgers’ World Series ring night game.

Throughout the regular season, the network’s studio coverage will begin one hour prior to most games with “Leadoff LA” followed by “Access SportsNet: Dodgers” before first pitch. “Access SportsNet: Dodgers” then airs after games, with highlights, interviews and analysis provided.

John Hartung is again anchoring Dodgers coverage from the SportsNet LA studio, and he’s due to be joined throughout the season by a rotating group of analysts comprised of Nomar Garciaparra, Adrián González, Jerry Hairston Jr., James Loney and Dontrelle Willis.

Hartung and the Dodgers analysts additionally host pre- and postgame coverage from the SportsNet LA set in the center field plaza at Dodger Stadium for home games.

Hartung, Garciaparra and Hairston Jr. are in their 12th season together. González and Willis are in their fourth season with SportsNet LA, and this is Loney’s third year as part of the broadcast team.

Dodgers games again are called by the leading duo of Joe Davis and Orel Hershiser, marking their 10th season together in the booth. Overall, this is Hershiser’s 12th year with the Dodgers’ network.

Stephen Nelson, Tim Neverett, Eric Karros, Jessica Mendoza and Rick Monday are also among the Dodgers broadcasters who will be in the booth at various points throughout the year.

Kirsten Watson is in her fifth season as the Dodgers’ reporter for SportsNet LA.
