Prior to facing the Philadelphia Phillies in the series finale of a three-game series, the Los Angeles Dodgers are hosting this season’s first Viva Los Dodgers at the historic 76 station in the Dodger Stadium parking lot.
Auto gates open at 10:40 a.m., with event programming beginning at 11:10 a.m. First pitch will follow at 1:10 p.m. Sergio Romo will attend the Viva Los Dodgers event and he’s scheduled to take the stage for an interview at 11:25 a.m.
Romo, who spent nine seasons with the San Francisco Giants and 12 overall in their organization, is in his first season with the Dodgers.
Ballet Folklorico Otomi, El Conjunto Nueva Ola, Mariachi Reyna de Los Angeles and Dj Malski will provide live entertainment on Sunday. Fans can enjoy food from The Hang 10 Tacos food truck.
Following Romo’s appearance, Dodgers alumni Manny Mota and Juan Castro will sign autographs. Viva Los Dodgers is held prior to home games on the final Sunday throughout the regular season.
Last year, Pedro Baez, Adrian Gonzalez, Julio Urías, and Yasiel Puig. Dodger broadcasters Jaime Jarrín, Jorge Jarrín and Fernando Valenzuela were among the group to make an appearance.
Viva Los Dodgers includes live music, giveaways and sponsorship activations that offer family friendly activities. The event is free to fans with a game ticket.
