The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Chicago Cubs in Game 5 of the National League Championship Series to advance to the World Series for the first time since 1988. The Dodgers punched their ticket to the Fall Classic behind an 11-1 rout at Wrigley Field.

Kiké Hernandez hit three home runs, including a grand slam, and became the first player in Dodgers franchise history to slug that many homers in a playoff game. His seven RBI set an NLCS record.

Chris Taylor and Justin Turner, both of whom had a hand in each of the team’s wins against the Cubs, were named NLCS co-MVPs.

Winning the NL pennant is the third of four celebrations the Dodgers set out to have. The first came after securing the NL West title, a second ensued following a sweep of the Arizona Diamondbacks in the NL Division Series, and the latest upon eliminating the Cubs.

Each champagne celebration was accompanied by the players wearing official merchandise. You too can wear 2017 NL Champs Locker Room Gear by purchasing from MLBShop.com.

Clothing options are available in men’s, women’s and kid’s sizes. Items also include the official cap the Dodgers were presented with on the field.

The NL pennant is the Dodgers’ 22nd all-time, which trails only the San Francisco Giants (23) for second-most in league history.

Next for Los Angeles is a matchup with either the Houston Astros or New York Yankees. The Yankees currently hold a 3-2 edge in the ALCS, and would make for a storied rematch from World Series of decades past.
