The 2024 Los Angeles Dodgers schedule begins in Seoul, South Korea, with a two-game series against the San Diego Padres from March 20-21. The Seoul Series is a home-and-home matchup and the ninth international opener outside the 50 United States and Canada in MLB history.
The Dodgers and Padres also are due to be part of the first-ever MLB games in Korea. In 2014, the Dodgers played the Arizona Diamondbacks for an Opening Series in Sydney, Australia. They last played regular season games internationally in 2018, with a trip to Monterey for the Mexico Series that saw a combined no-hitter started by Walker Buehler while he was on a pitch count.
After playing in Korea, the Dodger Stadium opener is Thursday, March 28, with a four-game series against the St. Louis Cardinals. The Dodgers first’ homestand of 2024 includes facing the San Francisco Giants.
MLB’s balanced schedule remains in effect for the second season, which means the 2024 Dodgers schedule again includes all other 29 opposing teams.
With that is 46 Interleague games and Dodgers only making two visits to opposing National League West cities to play a total of 52 divisional games.
The Dodgers’ first Interleague series in 2024 is against the Minnesota Twins, with a three-game set at Target Field from April 8-10.
The Dodgers’ longest road trip of the season is nine games (Washington Nationals, Toronto Blue Jays and Arizona Diamondbacks) from April 23-May 1. Their longest homestand also is nine games, done twice.
The first instance is April 12-21, with matchups against the Padres, Nationals and New York Mets. There are nine more consecutive games at Dodger Stadium from August 19-29, when the Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays and Baltimore Orioles visit.
Other notable dates on the Dodgers 2024 schedule include hosting the Nationals at Dodger Stadium for Jackie Robinson Day on Monday, April 15. The Dodgers also are at home on Easter Sunday (March 31) for a matchup with the Cardinals, Father’s Day (June 16) to face the Kansas City Royals, and on Fourth of July when they play the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Corey Seager makes his return to Dodger Stadium with the Texas Rangers from June 11-14.
The Dodgers welcome the Boston Red Sox to Dodger Stadium for the first time in the regular season since 2016, from July 19-21. That would represent Justin Turner’s return if he exercises a player option and remains with the Red Sox.
In terms of rivalries, the Dodgers’ first matchup with the San Francisco Giants is from April 1-3 at Dodger Stadium. The teams meet again at Oracle Park from May 13-15.
The Freeway Series is June 21-22 (Dodger Stadium) and September 3-4 (Angel Stadium). The Dodgers play the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park from July 26-28.
After welcoming the New York Yankees to Dodger Stadium in 2023, the Dodgers visit Yankee Stadium June 7-9.
The 2024 MLB All-Star Game is Tuesday, July 16, at Globe Life Field in Arlington.
The final day of the 2024 MLB regular season is Sunday, September 29. The Dodgers close out their schedule with a three-game series at Coors Field.

Along with the Padres and Dodgers playing in South Korea, the 2024 MLB World Tour includes the Astros and Colorado Rockies participating in the Mexico Series from April 27-28, and New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies playing the London Series from June 8-9.
