MLB Network Coverage Of 2022 World Series

Beginning Thursday afternoon, MLB Network is providing World Series coverage from Minute Maid Park and Citizens Bank Park with more than 25 personalities contributing through analysis, interviews, on-field demonstrations and more.

“MLB Central,” “High Heat,” “MLB Now,” “Intentional Talk” and “MLB Tonight” will each feature an on-site presence from the respective Houston Astros’ and Philadelphia Phillies’ home ballparks throughout the World Series.

Game 1 is Friday night at Minute Maid Park. Aaron Nola and Justin Verlander are the starters.

The Fall Classic shifts to Citizens Bank Park on Halloween for Game 3. If the World Series goes the distance, Game 7 would be played in Houston on Saturday, November 5.

Start times for all World Series games is 5:03 p.m. PT, with Joe Davis and John Smoltz on the call for the Fox national broadcast.

Dave Flemming (play-by-play) and Dan Plesac (analyst) will call every World Series game for MLB International produced by MLB Network.

Reporters Scott Braun (Astros) and Lauren Gardner (Phillies) will contribute live updates and exclusive one-on-one interviews with players as part of the network’s coverage.

MLB Network schedule for World Series 2022

Beginning at 12 p.m. PT on Thursday, Greg Amsinger and Harold Reynolds are co-hosting from Minute Maid Park for 2022 World Series Media Day.

Robert Flores, Mark DeRosa and Lauren Shehadi will co-host “MLB Central” (6 a.m.) throughout the World Series for the first time in program history, and Christopher Russo and Alanna Rizzo are teaming up for their second consecutive Fall Classic together on “High Heat” at 12 p.m. on weekdays.

Brian Kenny and Joel Sherman are working their eighth straight World Series on “MLB Now” (1 p.m.), with analysts Yonder Alonso and Ron Darling contributing to the show on a rotating basis.

Stephen Nelson and Kevin Millar are co-hosting “Intentional Talk” (2 p.m.) for the second consecutive Fall Classic, and “MLB Tonight” will air live before (3 p.m,) and after every game, with contributions from Greg Amsinger, Fran Charles, Matt Vasgersian, Adnan Virk, Matt Yallof, Al Leiter, Carlos Peña, Pedro Martinez, Reynolds and Chris Young.

Host Siera Santos and Cameron Maybin, Anthony Recker and Xavier Scruggs will contribute to MLB Network’s World Series programming for the first time.

MLB Network’s World Series coverage will be available anywhere in the United States via an authenticated live stream to customers of pay-TV providers through the MLB app and MLBNetwork.com/Watch.
