FOCO released new Los Angeles Dodgers bobbleheads that celebrate Hall of Fame manager Tommy Lasorda appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine and Shohei Ohtani reaching 1,000 career hits.
Also available from the merchandiser is a swinging Koala bobblehead with the bear dressed in a Dodgers uniform.

Ohtani’s 1,000th career hit came in exciting fashion as it was in the form of a home run. Moreover, that home run came on the same day Ohtani was pitching and set season highs with four innings and eight strikeouts.
Ohtani joined Ichiro Suzuki (3,089 career hits) and Hideki Matsui (1,253) as the only Japanese-born players in MLB history with at least 1,000 career hits.
The bobblehead portrays Ohtani in the home Dodgers uniform and in the action pose of taking a swing. It’s set atop a thematic base with a city skyline and Dodger Stadium backdrop.
Also on the backdrop is a “HOMERS FOR 1,000TH CAREER HIT” text display, while “AUG.6 2025” is displayed on the front of the base.
The limited-edition bobblehead is only available in a production run of 225 units and won’t be restocked once quantities sellout.
The Lasorda bobblehead takes inspiration from his appearance on the cover of Sports Illustrated that had a March 14 1977 publication date.
On the cover was “After 23 years… NEW BOSS IN L.A.” to signify Lasorda succeeding Walter Alston as Dodgers manager. Lasorda guided the Dodgers to the National League pennant that season and eventually two World Series titles during his decorated managerial career.
The bobblehead has Lasorda’s Sports Illustrated cover as the backdrop and features the manager sitting down while holding a baseball bat.
FOCO’s Koala mini bobblehead is a unique design in that swing bobbles. The koala is dressed in a Dodgers uniform and holding up a baseball while positioned on a swing that is placed inside a park. A Dodgers logo is carved into the tree.
