After splitting the first two games of their series at Chase Field, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks now meet for a rubber match on Wednesday afternoon.

The Dodgers have gone 3-2 on their current road trip, and a victory in the series finale would allow them to finish with a winning record before they return to Dodger Stadium for a five-game homestand.

Julio Urías makes his fourth start of the season and looks to build on a solid outing against the San Diego Padres. He allowed just one run on two hits and collected six strikeouts in five innings of work.

Urías retired eight of the final nine batters faced, collected back-to-back strikeouts at one point and got his fastball velocity up to 94 mph on multiple occasions.

The left-hander enters at 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA, 4.08 FIP and 1.25 WHIP in 12 innings pitched this season. He owns a 7-1 record, 1.55 ERA and 0.84 WHIP in nine career appearances (six starts) against the Diamondbacks.

Arizona counters with Zac Gallen, who makes his third start of the season. The right-hander faced the New York Mets in his first two outings, limiting them to one run and four hits in nine innings pitched.

Gallen is 1-2 with a 2.88 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in seven career starts against the Dodgers. He went 1-1 with a 3.63 ERA and 1.27 WHIP in three outings against L.A. last season.

Gallen faces a Dodgers lineup that includes several changes. Cody Bellinger, who has swung the bat well recently, was moved up to the No. 5 spot but still is playing his usual center field. Bellinger has made solid contact but is 0-for-8 with two strikeouts since being named National League Player of the Week.

Edwin Ríos is batting seventh and serving as the designated hitter, with Justin Turner getting a day of rest. Furthermore, Austin Barnes is starting behind the plate in place of Will Smith on getaway day.
