Chris Taylor and his fiancée Mary Keller are hosting a second annual “Driving For Hope” charity tournament at TopGolf Virginia Beach on Monday, with another event taking place next year in El Segundo.

Tickets for a regular bay and VIP option are currently available for purchase. Both bay options are good for six players, and include food and drink for the participants.

Also available is a spectator ticket, and attendees can add on a contest ticket to take a golf swing against Taylor.

Fans unable to attend the Virginia Beach event are still invited to participate in the auction and watch an Instagram Live stream of Taylor. An online auction is also open to all.

The CT3 Foundation hosted a golf tournament last year, and proceeds again benefit Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters and Roc Solid Foundation in support of the fight against pediatric cancer. In 2021, Taylor organized “Home Run for Hope,” a virtual event that aimed to raise awareness for childhood cancer.

For more than 50 years the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters has grown into a 206-bed teaching hospital that is key to the pediatric healthcare system.

The Roc Solid Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that builds hope for kids fighting cancer. Founded by pediatric cancer survivor Eric Newman, the organization is best known for providing Ready Bags to families when their child is first diagnosed, as well as giving backyard play sets to kids during treatment.

The Roc Solid Foundation, also based in Virginia, is growing both programs nationwide with the hope of uplifting every child diagnosed with cancer in the United States.

Why Chris Taylor founded CT3 Foundation

After multiple childhood friends were diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, Taylor formed the CT3 Foundation to raise money for kids fighting the disease and help the lives of all those affected.

“It’s something I’m passionate about,” he said prior to last year’s event. “One of my childhood friends that I grew up with — Kyle Profilet — he lost his fight with osteosarcoma. I think cancer is something that’s affected everybody in some way.

“If it’s not sarcoma, some form of cancer has. I just felt it was important to use my platform.”
