With the Los Angeles Dodgers advancing to the National League Championship Series, Dodger Stadium will play host to at least two more postseason games in 2017. That means more opportunities for executive chef Ryan Evans to press ahead with creative food options.

Prior to the NL Division Series beginning, the Dodgers announced a slew of savory offerings, with many of them incorporating some form of bacon. Of the items that were introduced, the BBQ Rib Platter, Chicken Waffle Sammy and Cheet-O-Lote return for the NLCS.

They are accompanied by seven new offerings, including the Al Pastor Fries that are displayed in the photo above. Crispy French fries are topped with al pastor pork, pico de gallo and avocado crema.

The batch of fries will be sold at Top Deck Dogs Too on the Top Deck (section four) at Dodger Stadium, and LA Taqueria on Field and Reserve levels (sections 10 and 15).

A break from the various burgers, chicken strips and hot dogs that are available throughout Chavez Ravine, a Fish & Chips basket will be sold.

Beer battered cod and garlic fries are bundled with a side of tartar sauce. It will be sold at Lot’s O’ Tots on the Loge level (section 136).

Expanding on a previous offering at Dodger Stadium, Buffalo Waffle fries will also be available during the NLCS.

Fried chicken tossed in house-made buffalo sauce is served with crispy waffle fries, and topped with blue cheese crumbles and a blue cheese sauce. This food item can be purchased at Bud & Burgers on Field level (section 47).

Those who may be pining for an exotic hot dog need not to look any further than the Korean BBQ Dog.

Braised short rib, shredded carrots, sliced green onion, jalapeños and house-made Korean BBQ sauce tops a third-pound all-beef dog. It will be sold at Extreme Loaded Dog stands on Field (section 48), Loge (section 135) and Reserve (section two) levels.

Fittingly in a matchup with the Cubs, a footlong Italian Sausage can be purchased at Tommy Lasorda’s Trattoria in the right field plaza or Bud & Burgers on Field level (section 47).

An Italian sausage is served with roasted peppers and onions, and topped with rich marinara and creamy garlic sauce.

Fans attending the NLCS and looking for a much liter and health-conscious fare can find that in a new Poke Salad.

Ahi tuna is served over mix greens with edamame, shredded carrots, diced cucumber, seaweed salad and ponzu sauce. The salad can be purchased at the Marketplace on Field (section five), Loge (section 137) and Reserve (section five) levels.

Whether pining for desert at the stadium or something sweet for dinner, look no further than the Churro Sundae.

Cinnamon sugar churros complement soft-serve ice cream that is topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and blue sprinkles. Served in a helmet, the sundae will be offered at Trolley Dodger Treats on Field level (section 46) and LA Taqueria on Reserve level (section 15).
