Although the Thanksgiving holiday has been subdued this year because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Los Angeles Dodgers are holding their annual Blue Friday sale at the Dodger Stadium Top of the Park store.

It begins Friday, Nov. 27 and runs through the entire weekend. All merchandise will be discounted 30% (excluding customized items) throughout the sale. The store will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For fans unable to make it to the stadium, MLBShop.com has discounted merchandise as well.

The Top of the Park store has a variety of caps, jerseys, t-shirts and various memorabilia items in stock. It was remodeled prior to Opening Day of the 2019 season in order to provide a modern shopping experience for fans.

That coincided with five-foot microphones being installed in the Retired Numbers Plaza outside the store to honor former broadcaster Vin Scully and current Spanish-language broadcaster Jaime Jarrín. The two also remain affixed in the Dodger Stadium Ring of Honor.

When the city and county were under strict guidelines, the Top of the Park store shifted to a contactless model by allowing fans to place orders via email.

Dodgers Holiday Festival

An inaugural Dodgers Holiday Festival is being held at Dodger Stadium, with the exhibit open most nights from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., November 27-December 24. Tickets are currently on sale at Dodgers.com/HolidayFestival.

Admission starts at $55 per car, but does vary based on desired date and time. No on-site sales are available and tickets must be purchased in advance. Fans are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to the purchased slot in order to enter the queuing line.

The drive-thru features a holiday light show, LED video displays, fake snow, Dodgers elves and an appearance by Santa. It also includes interactive displays to celebrate the team’s World Series title and the holidays. Music is being provided by KOST 103.5.
