2022 Dodgers Giveaways: Freddie Freeman Bobblehead Night Scheduled At Dodger Stadium

The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Freddie Freeman bobblehead night at Dodger Stadium has been scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 10, when they host the Minnesota Twins in the finale of a two-game series.

Promotional items will be given out to the first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance, while supplies last, at the guest’s point of entry, unless otherwise noted on dodgers.com/promotions.

Freeman is just the latest bobblehead to be added to the 2022 Dodgers giveaways schedule as they previously announced 14 other bobbleheads. Austin Barnes (Sept. 24) and Justin Turner (Oct. 4) were additional new bobblehead dates added.

Dodgers bobblehead giveaways began April 16 with a Maury Wills version to commemorate his induction into the Legends of Dodger Baseball. Next was a Will Smith bobblehead when the Atlanta Braves visited Dodger Stadium for a rematch of the 2021 National League Championship Series.

That was an emotional time for Freeman, who reunited with several of his former teammates for the first time since signing with the Dodgers during Spring Training.

Due to spend the next six years in Los Angeles, Aug. 10 should be the first of many Freeman bobblehead nights for the 2020 National League MVP.

FOCO previously released two versions of a Freeman bobblehead, with the first to commemorate his signing and a more recent design as part of a Dodgers City Connect launch.
