The Los Angeles Dodgers and Washington Nationals kicked off their National League Division Series in thrilling and tense fashion on Friday Nationals Park. While Clayton Kershaw and Max Scherzer were expected to dominate Game 1, both offenses had their share of opportunities.

Los Angeles jumped out ahead in the first inning and clung to their lead after extending it to 4-0 in the third. The Nationals gave Kershaw fits on multiple occasions, as he struggled with command from time to time.

Kenley Jansen converted a five-out save, giving the Dodgers their fifth win in six meetings this year against the Nationals.

Game 2 is slated for a 1:08 p.m. PT start, and first pitch for Game 3 on Monday at Dodger Stadium begins at 1:08 p.m. While all MLB postseason games are nationally televised without local blackouts, watching online is also an option.

Games 2 and 4, and if necessary, Game 5, will air on Fox Sports 1. The broadcast is also available via FOX Sports Go, which requires viewers to sign in with their TV provider account.

An alternative for those without cable is signing up for Sling TV as the streaming service recently added FS1 as well as the network’s regional and local affiliates.

MLB Network can be watched live via the At Bat app, which can be downloaded on a computer, iPhone, iPad and supported Android smartphones and tablets. This option also requires viewers to sign in via their TV provider.

Dodgers’ complete NLDS schedule:

Game 1: Friday, Oct. 7, 2:38 p.m. PT (Fox Sports 1)
Game 2: Saturday, Oct. 8, 1:08 p.m. PT (Fox Sports 1)
Game 3: Monday, Oct. 10, 1:08 p.m. PT (MLB Network)
Game 4: Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2:05 p.m. PT or 5:08 p.m. PT (Fox Sports 1)
Game 5*: Thursday, Oct. 13, 2:05 p.m. PT or 5:08 p.m. PT (Fox Sports 1)
