Mookie Betts is hosting a live edition of his “On Base with Mookie Betts” podcast at The Clayton House in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Sunday, March 9. Chicago Cubs shortstop Dansby Swanson will join the Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star’s show as a guest.

Doors open at 5:45 p.m. local time ahead of the 6:30 p.m. start time. Fans interested in attending can register for a ticket at this link.

Betts launched the “On Base with Mookie Betts” podcast with Bleacher Report during the 2023 season. The series has featured Betts interviewing current players and teammates, including Clayton Kershaw, Freddie Freeman and Kiké Hernández.

The upcoming show with Swanson will be the first episode of the Betts’ podcast this year.

Betts has taken an interest in media as he is an executive producer under his company One Marketing Group (OMG), where he develops scripted and unscripted film, TV and podcast projects.

The seven-time All-Star also has a YouTube channel where he provides fans with an inside look at his baseball career and life at home.

Betts is coming off a stellar season that saw him bat .307/.408/.579 with 40 doubles, 39 home runs, 14 stolen bases and 96 walks over 152 games that resulted in a second-place finish in National League MVP voting.

Betts will look to replicate those numbers as he transitions to second base on a regular basis during the 2024 season. He’s remaining in the leadoff spot of the Dodgers lineup.

Mookie Betts ranked on MLB Top 100 Right Now list for 2024 season

Up two spots from last season, Betts was ranked No. 2 on the MLB Top 100 Players Right Now list for 2024, behind only the Atlanta Braves’ Ronald Acuña Jr.
