The Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday recalled Grant Dayton from Triple-A Oklahoma City and placed Adam Liberatore on the 10-day disabled list with left forearm tightness. The DL stint marks the second of the season for Liberatore.

He previously missed time due to a left groin strain. Liberatore threw a combined 1.1 innings, allowed one run on one hit, issued walked one and struck out one over two relief appearances before being put on the DL in May.

He tossed two scoreless innings across two games upon returning from the disabled list. Liberatore last pitched on Monday, allowing two hits and striking out a pair in 0.2 innings.

Dayton rejoins the club after spending just over two weeks in the Minors. He was sent to Oklahoma City when the Dodgers activated Rich Hill from the disabled list. Dayton has appeared in 14 games with Los Angeles, yielding a 5.25 ERA and 1.25 WHIP.

The left-handed reliever threw 6.1 scoreless innings over seven games before landing on the disabled list with a left intercostal strain.

He allowed seven runs in 5.2 innings pitched across seven appearances after returning from the injury. However, four of those games were scoreless efforts.

Dayton permitted three runs in 0.2 innings in his first game with Oklahoma City this season. He then threw three shutout innings over as many appearances before allowing one run on Monday. Dayton collected seven strikeouts to one walk during his time with OKC.
