Tickets for the “Hella Mega Tour” featuring Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Weezer and special guests, The Interrupters, went on sale to the general public Friday morning at 10 a.m. PT. The international tour rolls into Dodger Stadium on Saturday July 25, 2020. The visit will come during a 10-game road trip for the Dodgers.

The open-air tour features stops in each act’s hometown. The Dodger Stadium show is representative of Weezer’s roots to L.A., while the visit to Wrigley Field is for Fall Out Boy, and Oracle Park serves as the East Bay homecoming for Green Day.

Each of the three bands released new singles this month and more music is expected from the groups within the next several months.

The Hella Mega tour will be in support of new music from all three bands. Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer have all released new singles today as a preview of new material expected by next year.

The Dodgers have been more aggressive in their efforts to bring concerts to Dodger Stadium since
announcing a multiyear exclusive booking agreement with the Oak View Group (OVG) in February 2015.

OVG was founded in 2015 by former AEG executive Tim Leiweke and prominent music and entertainment executive Irving Azoff.

Notable concerts held at Dodger Stadium both prior to and since the agreement include The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Beyoncé, Billy Joel, the Eagles, Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers and Paul McCartney, among others.

Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival is returning to Chavez Ravine this November. The two-day festival moved to Dodger Stadium last year after being staged at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum and Exposition Park grounds.

During the press conference to unveil the array of upgrades via a $100 million renovation of Dodger Stadium, team president and CEO Stan Kasten said the remade outfield and pavilion would not have any impact on future concerts.
