FOCO released a new Los Angeles Dodgers bobblehead on Tuesday morning, with the design featuring a Dodger Dog in the form of a Thanksgiving day parade float.
The Dodger Dog bobblehead stands seven inches tall and is individually numbered out of 202 units. Set to a base of fans cheering and with the trademark “LA” logo, the Dodger Dog is dressed in uniform and complete with a glove catching a baseball.
The design is reminiscent of what fans can expect to see at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 24. The famed parade first took place in 1924, which ties it for the second-oldest Thanksgiving parade in the United States.
FOCO has previously used the Dodger Dog for various themes, including Halloween and nutcracker versions last year. Both models sold out and were not restocked.
The Dodger Dog has been synonymous with the franchise for several decades, but there was recent controversy when the team shifted from Farmer John as the supplier to Papa Cantella’s.
Some Dodgers fans hardly noticed the change, but others have insisted there is an obvious difference in taste.
At the time of announcing Papa Cantella’s as the new provider, Dodgers president and CEO Stan Kasten said the team went through a detailed process to keep the Dodger Dog unchanged.

Additional Dodgers bobbleheads currently available include one commemorating the franchise-record 111 wins from the 2022 regular season, a calavera version in recognition of Día de Los Muertos.
Also still available is a Freddie Freeman bobblehead, Dodgers ornament and other memorabilia.
