FOCO Selling New Dodger Dog Bobblehead

FOCO released a new Los Angeles Dodgers bobblehead of the famed Dodger Dog in a unique design that includes a miniature version being held.

The Dodger Dog bobblehead is part of FOCO’s “Bobble Dubblz” series that previously included a release for Shohei Ohtani, LeBron James, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and more stars.

The Dodger Dog is dressed in a home uniform and standing on a thematic base with the proverbial mascot’s name and team logo. It’s holding an exact clone of the taller version.

The bobblehead is only available for 72 hours. Each is going to be individually numbered and the edition size ultimately is going to be dictated by fan purchases during the three-day window.

FOCO has sold other versions of a Dodger Dog bobblehead, including for the 2023 MLB All-Star Game, a magnetic base concept and for holidays such as St. Patrick’s Day and Fourth of July, among others.

Dodger Dog changes

The beloved hot dog has become synonymous with the team, but this season is the fourth year the Dodger Dog at Dodger Stadium is being supplied by Papa Cantella’s, who replaced Farmer John. The vegetarian version is supplied by Field Roast.

That brought about some controversy but the general consensus is the taste remains the same. Dodgers president and CEO Stan Kasten explained at the time of the change that maintaining the expected standards were a priority for the team.

“Like the Dodgers, our history and community ties run deep in Los Angeles. We could not be more proud to be partnering with this iconic brand and product,” Papa Cantella president Tony Cantella said when the multi-year partnership with the Dodgers was announced.
