FOCO released a new Los Angeles Dodgers bobblehead that highlights two of the most iconic aspects of the franchise in the Dodger Dog and Dodger Stadium.
The Dodger Dog bobblehead is dressed in a home white uniform and wearing the traditional blue cap with the trademark “LA” logo. It’s positioned atop a thematic baseball base that is kept together by a magnet.
When the Dodger Dog is lifted up, it reveals the inside of the base to be Dodger Stadium. On the edge of the base is the name of the Dodgers’ home ballpark along with team logos.
The unique bobblehead is limited to 123 units and will not be restocked once quantities sell out.
When the Dodgers first moved from Brooklyn, they played home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The first game at Dodger Stadium was then played on April 10, 1962.
Dodger Stadium has since become one of the most recognizable sports venues in the world and remains a crown jewel in baseball. The Dodgers recently completed a $100 million renovation that among other changes and additions, connected all parts of the stadium, added elevators and created a proverbial ‘front door’ with the new-look center field plaza.
Similarly, the Dodger Dog is touted as a must-have when attending a game. It also underwent some change when Papa Cantella’s replaced Farmer John as the official supplier of the Dodger Dog. Field Roast supplies the vegetarian Dodger Dog at the stadium and in local grocery stores.
