FOCO released a limited-edition series of All-Star Game bobbleheads, with Los Angeles Dodgers teammates Mookie Betts and Trea Turner among the players available.
The Betts and Turner bobbleheads are each individually numbered out of 322 and will no longer be available once preorders sell out. FOCO recently launched a Dodgers All-Star Game bobblehead, with a generic player set to a Hollywood-themed base, quantities quickly sold out.
The bobbleheads of Betts and Turner have a similar feel, as each player is dressed in the white All-Star Game jersey that National League players will wear.
The Dodgers have multiple position players starting an All-Star Game for the first time since 1980, which is when it last was held at Dodger Stadium.
Betts is in a sixth career Midsummer Classic, including a second with the Dodgers. However, this year marks his first time playing for L.A. in the All-Star Game as he withdrew from participating at Coors Field due to injury.
Turner also is playing in his first All-Star Game as a member of the Dodgers. He was with the Washington Nationals for last year’s annual showcase, which was his first time earning an All-Star selection.
Betts is starting in center field and batting second in the NL lineup, while Turner is playing his usual shortstop position but hitting fifth.
2022 MLB All-Star Game jerseys by Nike
After doing away with tradition last year, Nike and MLB reverted back to a more historical look for the 2022 All-Star Game jersey, as each has a player’s team across the chest. However, rather than wear their usual road or home jersey, players are outfitted in a gold-accented look.
NL All-Stars are wearing a white jersey and the American League is going to be dressed in dark gray.
