To commemorate the 2022 MLB All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium, FOCO released a limited-edition bobbleheads series for all 30 teams. The Dodgers All-Star Game bobblehead stands eight inches tall and is individually numbered out of 322 units.
Each All-Star Game bobblehead is of a generic player set on a base that is Hollywood themed and has the batter standing atop a move reel. Behind is the iconic Dodger Stadium palm trees — “Three Sisters” as coined by Vin Scully — along with the Diamond Vision video board that has the 2022 MLB All-Star Game logo set in the screen portion.
The Dodgers’ bobblehead is dressed in a color blocked blue and white uniform, matching cleats and batting gloves, and a gold-plated shin guard. The helmet also features an All-Star Game logo and artwork of Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers’ trademark “LA” logo sits at the front of the base.
The 2022 All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium is the first time the Dodgers have hosted the annual event since 1980. They were originally scheduled to receive the 2020 MLB All-Star Game, but that was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The latest offering from FOCO adds to their memorabilia collection that includes a Ryan Pepiot bobblehead, and combo set of Don Sutton and Clayton Kershaw in recognition of the all-time Dodgers strikeouts list.
2022 MLB All-Star Game jerseys by Nike
After doing away with tradition last year, Nike and MLB reverted back to a more historical look for the 2022 All-Star Game jersey, as each has a player’s team across the chest. However, rather than wear their usual road or home jersey, players are going to be donned in a gold-accented look.
National League All-Stars will wear a white jersey and the American League is going to be dressed in dark gray.
