After a series of successful bobblehead releases, FOCO now is selling a collection of limited-edition Los Angeles Dodgers World Series pins. The boxed set went on sale Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. PT and can be purchased here.
The pins are of Cody Bellinger, Mookie Betts, Clayton Kershaw, Max Muncy, Joc Pederson, Corey Seager, Will Smith, Chris Taylor and Justin Turner, plus a World Series trophy. The boxed sets are numbered out of 500 and due to ship in June.
Each player pin is at their respective position on a baseball field that is the bottom layer of the box and also features a jersey number. Pederson’s inclusion comes despite having signed with the Chicago Cubs during free agency, but is certainly understandable considering his memorable contributions.
Coincidentally, the Dodgers are facing the Cubs at Wrigley Field this week. “I’ve known Joc a long time and was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time with him,” Turner said when asked to reflect on their time as teammates.
“His personality and makeup, he shows up and is the same guy all the time. Always laughing, smiling, pretty lighthearted. He was just a good guy to have around to keep everyone kind of loose.”
Over the past month FOCO has released Dodgers World Series bobbleheads of Kiké Hernandez, Tommy Lasorda, Joe Kelly, Edwin Rios and Will Smith, among others. The limited releases have quickly sold out. The Kelly version was a three-foot bobblehead that has gained popularity.
