FOCO released a new Los Angeles Dodgers bobblehead to commemorate the anniversary of Shohei Ohtani Day being established.
Last year, the City Council presented a resolution to the superstar that declared May 17 “Shohei Ohtani Day” in the city for the duration of his Dodgers career. Ohtani signed a 10-year, $700 million contract that runs through the 2033 season.

“Thank you very much to the L.A. City Council,” Ohtani said during the gathering at Los Angeles City Hall last year. “I appreciate you recognizing me on this day. I want to thank the Dodger organization as well and all the fans.”
The newest Ohtani bobblehead by FOCO has him dressed in the home Dodgers uniform and posed with both arms outstretched. Ohtani is set atop a thematic base with blue and gold accents. It also includes his full name across the front and the backdrop has an “OHTANI DAY” text display with the May 17 date and his jersey number included.
Ohtani’s bobblehead is a limited edition and won’t be restocked once quantities sell out. It’s available in a production run of 225 units.
Additional Ohtani bobbleheads from FOCO include a version of him pitching while set atop an LED base, plus a dual model that has him paired with Yoshinobu Yamamoto set to a Tokyo Series theme.
Shohei Ohtani makes MLB history
In the midst of another strong season, Ohtani made MLB history as the only player to ever have at least 15 home runs, 10 or more stolen bases, at least 45 runs scored and 25 walks or more through a 42-game stretch at any point during a single season.
