The Los Angeles Dodgers already participated in Opening Day of the 2025 season with the Tokyo Series, but now get to enjoy a Dodger Stadium opener on Thursday, when they face the Detroit Tigers.
To celebrate domestic Opening Day for the Dodgers, FOCO released a new Dodger Dog bobblehead and commemorative baseballs of Shohei Ohtani and Mookie Betts.

The Dodger Dog is dressed in a home uniform and has the capability of being detached from the bullpen cart. The bobblehead and car are set atop a base that has a “RIDE THE BULLPEN CART!” text display.
The decorative baseballs include the player name and official 2025 Opening Day logo. Ohtani is dressed in the home Dodgers uniform and photographed in an action swing.
Ohtani is entering his second season with the Dodgers and looking to pitch for the team this year after being relegated to only duties as a designated hitter in 2024.
The Betts baseball has a picture of the perennial All-Star getting ready to take a swing. Betts is entering sixth season with the Dodgers.
Each of the three items is limited in quantities and won’t be restocked once it sells out.
Mookie Betts recovered from illness
The past two weeks were particularly trying for Betts, who contracted a stomach virus that prevented him from being able to eat solid food without vomiting.
But there was a sudden change this week — which Betts attributed to eliminating an undisclosed item — and he’s on track to be in the Dodgers lineup when their 2025 schedule resumes.
Betts played five innings in the finale of the exhibition Freeway Series and participated in a simulated game on Wednesday.
