A fifth Los Angeles Dodgers Zoom party in English is set for Tuesday at 6 p.m. PT, with the likes of Walker Buehler, Joc Pederson and Ross Stripling among those scheduled to be part of the festivities.

Overall, it will mark a sixth Dodgers Zoom party. They held two last week, including the inaugural version of Spanish, which featured Kiké Hernández, Julio Urías, Brusdar Graterol and Edwin Ríos, Adrián González, Fernando Valenzuela, Jaime Jarrín, Alanna Rizzo, Pepe Yñiguez and Jorge Jarrín.

Rizzo and Joe Davis have been the hosts for each of the Zoom parties in English. The sessions have featured a rotation of current and former players, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts, Dieter Ruehle and special guests.

In addition to providing fans with weekly access to the team, the Dodgers have also involved them by asking for questions to be submitted.

That led to one of the more interesting revelations, as David Price explained he initially planned on wearing No. 18 after being traded to the Dodgers.

“Then I started thinking about it a little bit and my wife asked me if there was any significance to that number,” Price said. “I was like, ‘No. I just picked it. It looked kind of like 10. It’s a smaller number that I like.’

“Then I got to thinking about it, and I didn’t want my teammates or Dodger fans to be thinking that I’m talking about 2018, so I wanted to switch to something else. I switched to 33 because it had meaning to me. I picked that because of Shields. I guess at first I did pick 18 but I thought better of it.”

Fans must RSVP in order to watch the Zoom party, and spots remain available for Tuesday. Registration must be completed on the Dodgers’ official website.
