The Los Angeles Dodgers are among Major League Baseball teams with a scheduled game on the league’s newest partner to stream MLB Sunday Leadoff games. Roku, the new home of Sunday MLB games, secured an exclusive multi-year deal.
MLB Sunday Leadoff will stream every Sunday on The Roku Channel and TheRokuChannel.com beginning on May 19. Featured games include the Baltimore Orioles with their budding roster of young stars, going up against Juan Soto and Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees.
Looking ahead to September 1, the Dodgers with Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman will play a road matchup with the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field. It will be the Dodgers’ lone game on MLB Sunday Leadoff this season.
The Dodgers currently lead the National League West as the pair of teams have trended in different directions since the conclusion of last season. After bouncing the Dodgers in the first round of the playoffs in 2023, the reigning Rookie of the Year Corbin Carroll has work to do in order to make some noise.
Telecasts will be produced in collaboration with MLB, and broadcast teams are set to be market-focused.
On the flip side, the Diamondbacks are a part of three Sunday MLB Sunday Leadoff games on Roku.
