The Los Angeles Dodgers signed 15 of their 16 picks in the 2026 MLB Draft ahead of Monday’s deadline. The group consists of five right-handed pitchers, five left-handers, two outfielders, two infielders and one catcher.
Max Irving Jr., who was drafted by the Dodgers in the 18th round, is the only player from their 2026 draft class who did not sign. He completed a senior season at Montverde Academy in Florida and is committed to the University of South Florida while maintaining future draft eligibility.
Meanwhile, the Dodgers mostly notably signed shortstop Bo Lowrance, who was taken with the 40th overall pick in the second round from Christ Church Episcopal School in Greenville, S.C.
They also inked fourth-round selection (132nd overall) Russell Sandefer from the University of Florida, who was their top signing among pitchers and college players.
Additional Dodgers draft picks from 2026 who signed were left-handed pitcher Charlie West (seventh round, Connecticut); left-handed pitcher Miles Gosztola (eighth round, Oregon); center fielder Kyeler Thompson (ninth round, Texas Tech); right-handed pitcher Devin Bell (10th round, Oregon); left-handed pitcher Cody New (11th round, Cal Baptist); right-handed pitcher Gavin Van Kempen (12th round, East Carolina).
The Dodgers also signed shortstop Caleb Johnson (13th round, Jacksonville State); left-handed pitcher Ryne Rodriguez (14th round, Houston); outfielder Aemed Nasser (15th round, Central Pointe Christian Academy, Fla.); right-handed pitcher Ethan Sutton (16th round, South Florida); right-handed pitcher Camden Wimbish (17th round, Campbell); center fielder Luke Bard (19th round, Houston Christian); and left-handed pitcher Zach Bates (20th round, Illinois at Urbana-Champaign).
The Dodgers ranked last with a bonus pool of just $3,951,900 for their 2026 MLB Draft picks, which makes it more impressive they managed to sign all but one selection.
Bonus pools are calculated by adding the slot values of every pick through the first 10 rounds. Any signing bonus amount more than $125,000 for draft picks after the 10th round also count against pool money.
Dodgers sign undrafted free agents
In addition to the aforementioned players, the Dodgers signed the following undrafted free agents: left-handed pitchers Elijah Coston (Florida Southwestern State), Ian May (UCLA) and Alex Walsh (Jacksonville University); right-handed pitchers Wyatt Halvorson (Arizona State), Jack Giordano (Oregon State) and Brad Pendley (Georgia Southern); and shortstop Elijah Ickes (University of Hawaii).
