The Los Angeles Dodgers revealed their initial promotional lineup for the 2025 season, which includes 21 planned bobbleheads, jerseys, World Series memorabilia and several other Dodger Stadium giveaways.
The Dodgers will distribute three items during a four-day stretch from June 15-18, which coincides with the team’s series against the San Diego Padres.
Given some of the animosity that’s developed between the two teams over recent years, the Dodgers are capitalizing on the opportunity to needle the Padres a bit.
Dodger Stadium giveaways
June 16: Blake Snell bobblehead
Blake Snell bobblehead night at Dodger Stadium is set for Monday, June 16. They will be given out to the first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance, while supplies last, at the guest’s point of entry, unless otherwise noted.
The Dodgers signed Snell to a five-year, $182 million contract this offseason in a deal that included a $52 million signing bonus, deferred salary and limited no-trade clause.
Snell pitched for the San Francisco Giants last year, but spent the previous three seasons with the Padres, where he won the 2023 National League Cy Young Award.
June 17: replica Dodgers World Series trophy
One night later, the Dodgers are giving a replica World Series trophy. L.A. began their 2024 postseason run by defeating San Diego in the NL Division Series before going on to win their eighth championship in franchise history.
The Padres have advanced to the playoffs in two of the last three years, but are still looking for their first World Series title. They’ve played in the Fall Classic twice, with their last appearance coming during the 1998 season.
June 18: replica Dodgers Gold Series player jerseys
Then on Wednesday, the Dodgers will distribute replica Gold Series player jerseys. Keeping with tradition, L.A. will wear Gold Series jerseys early this season as a nod to their 2024 World Series title.
