Spectrum SportsNet LA announced a schedule of five additional simulcasts of Los Angeles Dodgers games on KTLA5. The deal calls for KTLA to also air SportsNet LA’s flagship pregame show, “Access SportsNet: Dodgers,” prior to each simulcast.

This marks a second time this season the Dodgers’ exclusive network has partnered with the local station. They previously struck an agreement to simulcast games during the 2014 and 2016 seasons as well.

The latest simulcast schedule will see four August games and one in September air on KTLA. The first date is Saturday, Aug. 4, for what’s a rematch of the 2017 World Series at Dodger Stadium.

Simulcasts also includes games with the San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Mets.

SportsNet LA is in its fifth season and despite the Dodgers having sustained success and coming off their first World Series appearance since 1988, pay-TV provides have steadfastly refused to reach carriage agreements for the network,.

An investigation into alleged collusion was not enough to end the stalemate, nor was SportsNet LA approaching DirecTV with short- and long-term contract offers.

Fans who wish to receive 24/7 coverage of the Dodgers are encouraged to switch to Spectrum Networks, as other distributors are not expected to carry the channel for the remainder of this season.

Complete five-game SportsNet LA simulcast schedule included below. Listed times denote when coverage will begin on KTLA5.
