Soto had two hits and a walk with two RBI during his brief Major League stint with the Angels.

Prior to that he spent the majority of his time within the Chicago Cubs organization, but also bounced around as a farmhand with the Miami Marlins and Colorado Rockies.

The Dodgers originally signed Soto to a Minor League contract with an invite to Spring Training on Jan. 6, 2021, which came two months after he was outrighted by the Angels and elected free agency.
