The Los Angeles Dodgers continue their homestand against the Miami Marlins on Monday, which also happens to be Japanese Heritage Night at Dodger Stadium.

It is one of the most anticipated promotions of the season, with several festivities planned prior to first pitch.

Fans who purchased the special Japanese Heritage Night ticket package will receive entry to the game and an exclusive jersey that celebrates the occasion.

Those in attendance will additionally be able to purchase three exclusive food items for the event, including Japanese chicken curry, a beef teriyaki bowl and Wanpaku chicken sandwich.

Japanese Heritage Night at Dodger Stadium

DJ XL Middleton

DJ XL Middleton will get the party started by bridging the gap between modern funk and 90’s g-funk. His set begins in the centerfield plaza at 5:10 p.m. PT.

City Pop Jam

City Pop Jam is bringing the nostalgic sound of 1980s Japan to Dodger Stadium with a performance in the center field plaza at 5:20 p.m.

LA Taiko Ichiza

The drummers will create the sense of “oneness” with all Dodgers fans through their performance in the center field plaza at 6:05 p.m.

JO1

Japan sensation JO1 will perform their hit songs in the center field plaza at 6:35 p.m., the final set before first pitch.

Bi-Ray

The new 4-octave girl group from Japan, Bi-Ray, will perform the national anthem.

Takashi Murakami

Famed Japanese artist Takashi Murakami is throwing out the ceremonial first pitch and will announce the customary “It’s time for Dodger baseball” prior to play beginning.

Murakami created a new Dodgers collection that launches for Japanese Heritage Night, including three t-shirts — white, black and blue — and a black sweatshirt. Each of the products includes the team’s logo and Murakami’s beloved smiling flowers motif.

The merchandise will be available for purchase at several Dodger Stadium stores, as well as Complex.com, Fanatics.com and the Fanatics app while supplies last.
