With just two weeks remaining in 2020, the Los Angeles Dodgers Holiday Zoom Party provided fans another opportunity to revel in what was a World Series season.
The virtual event was hosted by Joe Davis and Alanna Rizzo, and featured appearances by AJ Pollock, Brusdar Graterol, Corey Knebel, Cody Bellinger, Clayton Kershaw and manager Dave Roberts.
Pollock helped open the hour-long special by reflecting on the year, selecting his favorite moment, musing over Christmas music and more topics that were befitting of an inaugural Dodgers Holiday Zoom Party.
While Pollock relished in winning a World Series, the year has been all the more memorable in that all has gone well with his daughter who was born premature. Pollock recalled taking her home as his highlight of 2020.
The ever-exuberant Graterol was happy to discuss the Dodgers’ accomplishments on the field as well as his recent engagement. Graterol additionally shared details of a traditional Venezuelan dish that is made for the holidays.
He gave way to Knebel, who restated his happiness in joining the Dodgers and getting to be teammates with the like of Bellinger and other talented players. Bellinger welcomed Knebel to the Dodgers before discussing his recovery form shoulder surgery and purchase of a home in Arizona.
Bellinger also shared a laugh with Kershaw as the longtime Dodgers ace shared sported a new hair cut and shared a story of losing a foot race at a camp. Kershaw allowed the winners to select people from his contacts to FaceTime, which Bellinger was on the other end for.
Kershaw continues to bask in the accomplishment of the Dodgers winning the World Series, and he also offered an honest critique of his gift-wrapping skills.
Roberts helped Davis and Rizzo close the evening out by doing some reflecting on the season and also voicing excitement for 2021 Spring Training.

While the Dodgers Holiday Zoom Party was a one-night special, the team is offering fans an opportunity to visit a drive-thru experience at Dodger Stadium on daily basis through Christmas Eve.
