All indications are the Los Angeles Dodgers have interest in acquiring a right-handed relief pitcher who can pitch in late-game situations, and there isn’t a shortage of options in free agency.
Already the Dodgers have been connected to Devin Williams, who is coming off a bumpy season with the New York Yankees. They also are thought to be among the teams that may pursue Pete Fairbanks after he became a free agent upon the Tampa Bay Rays declining their team option for 2026.
Another option appears to be Atlanta Braves free agent Raisel Iglesias, according to international baseball reporter Francys Romero:

Iglesias had been with the Braves since getting traded by the Los Angeles Angels during the 2022 season. That came while the right-hander was in the midst of a down year after signing a four-year, $58 million contract.
Iglesias had a strong close to the 2022 season with the Braves and continued to pitch well in the next two years. He struggled a bit to begin 2025, specifically with giving up home runs.
But from June through the rest of the season, Iglesias recaptured his form and finished with an overall 3.21 ERA, 3.31 FIP and 0.95 WHIP to go along with 29 saves in 34 opportunities.
Potential Raisel Iglesias contract with Dodgers
Given that Iglesias is due to turn 36 years old in January, he presumably will receive a much more team-friendly contract than perhaps Williams, a two-time National League Reliever of the Year, and Faribanks as well.
The Dodgers conceivably could look to sign Iglesias, then also add Williams, Fairbanks, or another relief pitcher. They took such approach last offseason by signing Tanner Scott to a lucrative contract and Kirby Yates but on a one-year contract.
