With the Tokyo Series being played this week, FOCO released another wave of new bobbleheads for both the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers, and some products have players from each team intertwined.
The Cubs and Dodgers were natural choices to open the 2025 MLB season in Tokyo due to having a combined five Japanese natives on their rosters. Each has drawn plenty of attention since the teams arrived in Tokyo last week, but Shohei Ohtani naturally has the biggest spotlight.

Among the latest Ohtani bobbleheads is a version to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the first time MLB played regular season games in Tokyo. That honor was achieved by the Cubs and Seattle Mariners.
The Japan 25th anniversary design is available not only in an Ohtani bobblehead, but versions for Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Roki Sasaki as well. The two right-handers are scheduled to start in the Tokyo Series games, with Yamamoto receiving the nod for Opening Day.
Another Ohtani bobblehead depicts the Dodgers star taking an at-bat against Shota Imanga. It’s a matchup fans will get to enjoy on Opening Day as Imanaga is starting for the Cubs.
That same duel design is also available in Yamamoto pitching to Seiya Suzuki.
The dual Tokyo Series bobbleheads feature the players set atop a base that includes “BATTLE IN TOKYO” and “MLB WORLD TOUR” text displays on the backdrop, along with additional Japanese designs.
How to watch Dodgers’ Tokyo Series games
SportsNet LA and the Cubs’ Marquee Sports Network are going to provide live coverage of the MLB games at the Tokyo Dome. Fox is also airing the Opening Day matchup and FS1 is broadcasting the second game.
