The Los Angeles Dodgers are entering the 2026 season with the same coaching staff from the previous year, led by manager Dave Roberts.
Roberts is entering his 11th season as manger of the Dodgers with a career record of 944-575 (.621). He has led the team to five National League pennants and three World Series championships.
Danny Lehmann begins his fourth season as the club’s bench coach and ninth year overall, having previously been their game planning and communications coach.
Robert Van Scoyoc heads into his eighth season as hitting coach alongside Aaron Bates, who is also starting his eighth season on the coaching staff. It’s Bates’ fourth season as hitting coach after spending four years as the assistant hitting coach (2019-22).
Mark Prior enters his seventh season as Dodgers pitching coach and ninth with the organization after serving as the team’s bullpen coach in 2018 and 2019.
Connor McGuiness begins his seventh season as assistant pitching coach while Josh Bard heads into his ninth as bullpen coach over two separate stints (2016-17, 2020-).
Chris Woodward is entering his second season as first base coach and infield coach. He returned to the Dodgers organization in 2023 as a senior advisor following a stint as Texas Rangers manager. Woodward previously was part of the Dodgers coaching staff as their third base coach from 2016-18.
Dino Ebel begins his eighth season as third base coach for the Dodgers and second since his role was expanded to working with outfielders.
Bob Geren, hired by the team shortly after Roberts, enters his 11th season overall and fourth as Major League field coordinator after seven years as Dodgers bench coach (2016-22).
Brandon McDaniel is entering his second season as Major League development integration coach and 14th overall with the organization. He has also served as strength and conditioning coach (2013), head strength and conditioning coach (2014-18), director of player performance (2019-21) and vice president of player performance (2022-24).
