After facing the San Diego Padres and Arizona Diamondbacks on their road trip, the Los Angeles Dodgers are back at Dodger Stadium for six games with more National League West opponents.

A Labor Day matchup is the series opener with the Colorado Rockies, and after a rare day off at home on Thursday, the Dodgers face the San Francisco Giants for a weekend set. The Dodgers enter play Monday with their magic number to clinch a seventh NL West title down to seven.

Along with the club potentially celebrating yet another division championship, the homestand is highlighted by multiple theme nights, special ticket packs, a Tommy Lasorda bobbleahd giveaway and more.

Monday is City of Long Beach Night at Dodger Stadium, and the Dodgers are additionally hosting members of the Navy in honor of Fleet Week.

The ever-popular Hello Kitty Night returns Tuesday, with the ticket pack including a Dodgers-Hello Kitty co-branded blanket. The Dodgers are also hosting a pre-game naturalization ceremony for 15 new U.S. citizens from eight countries.

Wednesday, former Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda will be celebrated with a bobblehead. It will be distributed to the first 40,000 ticketed fans and is one of just three bobbleheads remaining on the Dodgers’ 2019 promotional schedule.

“Don’t play for the name on the back of your shirt, you play for the name on the front of your shirt.”

Also on Wednesday, Max Muncy will receive his hardware as the Dodgers’ recipient of the Heart & Hustle Award.

With the Giants making their final visit to Dodger Stadium this year, the Dodgers are using the opportunity to recognize retiring manager Bruce Bochy before the series opener. Friday will also include a Bronze Star presentation to World War II veteran Ed Zack.

The festivities overlap with Cal State Fullerton Night. Fans who purchase a special ticket pack will receive a Dodgers-CSUF co-branded cap. That also applies to Cal State Northridge Night on Saturday.

The first 40,000 fans in attendance on Sunday will receive a tote bag giveaway presented by MLB Network. The series finale with the Giants is also Cal State San Bernardino Day at Dodger Stadium. The ticket pack includes a Dodgers/CSUSB cap.

Per usual with Sunday afternoon home games, kids (14 and under) will have the opportunity to run the bases once the score goes final.

Lastly, this week’s games provides fans with a first look at the new extended netting at Dodger Stadium. Along with increasing the height by eight feet, the protective netting now stretches toward both foul poles and to the elbow bend in front of the baseline seats.
