The third annual Los Angeles Dodgers Adult Camp at Dodger Stadium is set to take place May 9-12, with the likes of Rick Dempsey, Eric Gagné, James Loney, Bill Russell and Steve Sax among the coaches who will provide instruction.
Nomar Garciaparra, Hall of Fame broadcaster Jaime Jarrín, Manny Mota and Steve Yeager will also make appearances during the four-day event, with more attendees to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Dodger Stadium Adult Camp is open to any adult over the age of 18 and up gives fans the chance to experience what it is like to be a Major Leaguer. The 2022 and 2023 events were sold out. There is not a minimum skill level required to participate.
Fans are encouraged to register early for the 2024 Dodgers Adult Camp, which begins with a welcome dinner at Dodger Stadium on Thursday, May 9.
Each camper will play in three days of games on the field and have access to Dodger Stadium’s training facilities for practice. This year’s event will offer an under-the-lights element for the first time during a home run derby event on Friday, May 10.
Participants will have an opportunity to take photographs and get autographs from instructors. Signing up also includes receiving a full Dodgers uniform, meals, gift bag, and photos and video documenting their unique experience at Dodger Stadium.
