With the start of 2023 Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training this week, FOCO released a trio of new bobbleheads on Wednesday morning.
A Mookie Betts bobblehead is among the limited-edition offerings currently available for purchase. Betts is dressed in a road Dodgers jersey that is unbuttoned and paired with shorts, sandals and a straw hets.
The Betts bobblehead is set to a base that highlights characteristics associated with Spring Training in Arizona, and it features the 2023 Cactus League logo.
On the same styled base is a Dodger Dog bobblehead that is posed with a flag bearing the trademark “LA” logo.
Both the Betts bobblehead and Dodger Dog version incorporate the same hints of orange that is on the 2023 Dodgers Spring Training cap. The design of the New Era Dodgers 59FIFTY Spring Training hat has angered some fans, who object to any orange being associated with the team due to it being a primary color of the rival San Francisco Giants.
Also newly available from FOCO is a commemorative player design in a Dodgers uniform that is purple to yellow gradient. The player is set atop a base that resembles home plate and includes a Dodgers banner.
The design is similar to what FOCO sold to commemorate the Dodgers hosting the 2022 MLB All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium.
All three Dodgers bobbleheads are limited to 144 units each and will not be restocked once quantities sell out.
