Future Hall of Famer and longtime Los Angeles Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw is offering fans an unparalleled glimpse at his training routine on Friday morning through an Instagram live showcase of a workout and bullpen session with MUSTARD from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. PT.

Through a partnership with the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), the MUSTARD platform launched last year and aims to offer live, interactive, and instructional content through coaching sessions from many of the greatest athletes and coaches of all-time.

As Kershaw prepares for his age 34-season and 15th with the Dodgers, the nine-time All-Star and three-time Cy Young award winner is set to offer fans a unique view into his offseason training regiment on Friday morning just seemingly days away from when he first reports to Spring Training.
Clayton Kershaw reflective on NLDS loss to Padres
Although the new season of 2023 is quickly approaching, the Dodgers have plenty of players who aren’t so quick to forget how their 2022 season came to end at the hands of the San Diego Padres, including Kershaw.
Despite showcasing a 2.28 ERA across a 12-3 record and being a crucial component of the team’s franchise record-setting 111-win season, the veteran explained how much can be learned from a tough trip to elimination.
“That one hurt. It hurt. It was no fun to lose. It was no fun to lose to the Padres,” Kershaw recalled. “So hopefully all of us spend a little time reflecting on what went wrong, what we want to do better and how we can make this team get over the hump.
