The Los Angeles Dodgers announced postseason tickets for potential National League Wild Card, NL Division Series and NL Championship Series Games at Dodger Stadium go on sale to the general public Friday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m.
Postseason tickets will be made available for purchase online at Dodgers.com/postseason and the Dodger Stadium box office. For all potential postseason games, tickets are not purchased for a specific date, but instead a corresponding home game in each postseason round.
The NL postseason begins Tuesday, Oct. 2, with the Wild Card Game. Entering play Friday, that would entail the Milwaukee Brewers and St. Louis Cardinals playing at Miller Park. The Colorado Rockies are 1.5 games back of the Cardinals for the second NL Wild Card spot.
Meanwhile, Game 1 of both NLDS series are scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 4. As it currently stands, the Dodgers would host the Atlanta Braves for Games 1 and 2. However, if the Braves were to finish with a better record in that hypothetical NLDS matchup, Games 3 and 4 (if necessary) would be played at Dodger Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 7, and Monday, Oct. 8, respectively.
Regardless how the two NLDS unfold, Game 1 of the NLCS will be played Friday, Oct. 12. Last season the Dodgers had home-field advantage through the World Series by virtue of finishing with the best record of baseball.
Start times for all potential postseason games will be announced at a later date.
