One tradition within the Los Angeles Dodgers clubhouse and others throughout baseball has been some form of an annual dress-up day. In 2015, the Dodgers had Corey Seager and other rookies don wrestling costumes. Then last year, Grant Dayton, Austin Barnes and Julio Urias dressed up as cheerleaders.

Major League Baseball’s rookie hazing policy was strengthened during the offseason, which put an end to players dressing as anything that may be offensive to individuals based on their race, sex, nationality, age, sexual orientation, gender identify or other characteristic.

The Dodgers, being the creative bunch that they are, made due as they held their rookie dress-up day on Thursday for the flight of their final road trip. Among the highlights were Cody Bellinger dressed as Elvis Pressley, Walker Buehler as a cop from Reno 911!, and O’Koyea Dickson as a Ninja Turtle.

Alex Wood and Justin Turner shared the hilarious moment on Twitter.

The Dodgers went an MLB-best 57-24 at home this season, setting the Los Angeles franchise record for most wins at Dodger Stadium. They’ve clinched a fifth consecutive National League West title, home-field advantage through the NL Championship Series, and are on the verge of accomplishing the same for the World Series.

Los Angeles needs one win or one loss each by the Cleveland Indians and Houston Astros to guarantee themselves the top record in baseball.

While Halloween is still over a month away, it falls during the World Series, so the Dodgers may looked to get an early jump since they might be busy around that time.
